Real Photo Editor? Brush Support?

Is there any photo editing app that has custom brush support? Or are there any photo editing apps besides Photoshop Mobilr that aren't just terrible filters?

Yeah, I appreciate the suggestion, but the only problem is that those are all the apps I was saying I didn't want. Except for the Photoshop, which I already have
