Hi all,

Here is the problem.....

So I will write or draw something in S-Note and using the path below I get the error "Unfortunately S-Note has stopped".

Draw pic>Save>Save as>Share>Select file type>Image File> "Unfortunately, S-Note has stopped"

Normally when you select "Image File" a window opens on the lower half of the display showing various apps to share the S-Note in.

I have done 3 factory resets...yes 3. I have reset S-Note, dumped the cache, you name it. It will work for a few hours then it crashes again.

Hi
I just tried to save, draw, pic draw, etc and it just saves to wherever I want to.

I never got that message, I am using a Nore5.

Have you disabled any of the Samsung packages such as push service or share service?

Hi Pool Shark,
So something is absolutely weird. My Samsung Push Service was disabled. I turned it back on and went into S-Note and the share image function immediately worked but only one time. I tried it again to make sure following the same exact path and I got the "Unfortunately, S-Note has stopped" warning again.

I would enable all packages and try it.
If it behaves as expected start disabling one package at a time.

I have now done another FULL factory reset and have everything turned back on and have the latest version of S-Note installed. It will NOT share using the above path I mentioned. S-Note is probably the single best feature using the S-Pen on the Note 5 and it doesn't work....

Appreciate your fast responses. Tried that....no luck. A factory reset works for a couple hours then suddenly S-Note share feature quits..

I need to find out precisely what packages control all features of S-Note. Of course having said that I have enabled everything and it still won't work.

The only other thing I can think of is making sure your Samsung account is setup. It shouldn't have anything to do with it but you never know.

I wouldn't think having a samsung account would make a difference. I don't have a Samsung account. I suppose I can create one and try it.

I'm going to do one more factory reset and set up as new and not install or disable a single thing and see what happens....after that back goes the Note 5.

Your issue is definitely odd. I share from s note all the time.
The only time I had an issue with s note it was when I disabled push service.
