Really weird notification

Hi all. I got this really bizarre notification late at night. I went to bed and got up a few hours later. I closed all my apps and optimised my device before that.

The notification was that one of my apps was overloading the system and needed to be closed. It was Netflix. The battery drained 20% in a couple of hours. As I said, all my apps were closed and device optimised.

What on earth was this?

Thanks. It did happen after I went into my account settings and changed my preferences to movies only in English.

What would clearing the app data do that uninstall wouldn't?
