Reboot during calls...

Whenever I install any build outside of the basic Harmonia, I get a reboot during phone calls. My Elite is rooted, and I usually have a signal around three bars in my room. (I've gone to areas where I have a full signal and the same things happens) ... When I install I have wiped the data, cache and even the /system partition... I still continue to get the reboot happening. For now I am going back to Harmonia, but if any of you know what is going on it would be of great help.

When you flash a ROM wipe Dalvik twice under the advance section in recovery to. (Twice so there are no leftovers)

Sorry didn't include that detail; I did the Dalvik cache twice... and it still has the reboot problem
