I'm having problems with a reboot loop, even after battery pull and hard reset. When I shut the Droid down and power it back up, it reboots a few seconds after the Touch the Android screen. If I open the keyboard, it stops the loop. But if I shut it down again, I have to do the same thing.
Is this a hardware issue, or something in the OS?
