Received a Droid box in the mail today?

the misses got home from work and said "you got mail from the droid", I opened the box and said "see this phone is so badass it even sends me gifts in the mail!"

I ordered mine online from VZW right at launch at 12:44 EDT on 7/15 and the box just arrived yesterday. I haven't opened it yet, I'm hoping it's an XL.

Yeah I just got mine today as well. And I ordered it 07/15 at 12:44 am as soon as it went up on the website.

Looks like its online orders only. Good I can confirm that its mine then, since in my household I have 2 of my brothers, who both bought the Droid X in-store MY swag!

I bought 2 X's and 2 Samsung Convoys on launch day at a VZW corporate store, switched over 4 lines from ATT and paid a $547 ETF with ATT - and I ain't got $hit yet - 'cept the frustration of having to get my wife's freezing X replaced.

I would say you are a pretty patient hubby. I am sorry your wife's X is having problems. But hopefully it'll get fixed soon. I, myself, am waiting for my replacement NIB X. The CS told me it will ship the 25th and get to me the 27th. Not very far off but I would like to have an X free of any hardware defects soon before going back to work

Oh she already got the NIB replacement on August 5th. It's been working fine (other than the too quiet ringer/notification issue a lot of us have which is supposedly going to be fixed in a software update). Now I'm just waiting on VZW to take the $317 charge off our CC for it. They got the returned X back on August 9th - not sure what the holdup is.

Vzw sent me a free Droid X T-shirt

Verizon gave me a free T-shirt for my Droid X. I was thinking of wearing it under a button up on some super man ****, then when me and my wife go out to a restaurant or something rip my shirt off and holler out DROIIID!! All while wearing the phone around my neck like a chain. I wonder if that'll qualify me for a SSI check...
