Received your S21?

Very Un-happy camper here...BestBuy automatically cancelled my Jan 18 pre-order for the Ultra 512 (AT&T), since it's been 2 weeks since launch day when I was supposed to get it, and they never got any 512s or even 256s in stock. Nobody up the chain to corporate could tell me when they're expecting any stock, gave me some stories they read on the Internet about shipments getting stuck in China because of tariffs and assured me the order wasn't going to be cancelled automatically since that would only happen if they had the item waiting for me to pick-up in the store and I didn't show up for two weeks...so I lost my chance at the $250 Samsung pre-order credits and AT&T already charged me a $30 activation fee, since I opted for the 30-mo contract to get the $800 trade-in credits...now I have to spend time on the phone w/AT&T to cancel a contract for a phone I never received. Will never order through BestBuy again...
