Receiving calls: told who is calling and if you want to accept?

Whenever I receive a phone call, I get a voice prompt telling me who is calling ("so-and-so is calling") and whether or not I want to accept the call ("if you want to accept, press 1"). I don't know why it does this, possibly related to Google Voice? I set that up previously for the first time but don't really want or need it, and if it's related to this annoying voice prompting whenever I get a call (which leads to some missed calls) then I definitely want to get rid of it.

Anyone know why this happens? Thanks!

Yes it's call screening via GV. You have to sign in your account online and remove the setting..

EDIT: It's under the Call tab in settings

Thanks! Didn't know I had to do that on a browser (which I did on the E4GT of course) rather than in the GV app itself. It's an interesting app/service, I'll have to research it more to see exactly what it does and whether or not I want to actually keep using it.
