I restored my nexus with my original 4.0.4 nandroid backup after I unlocked/rooted. Will I receive JB when it comes via OTA?

If you didn't restore your recovery back to stock then I don't think so.
It might download the update but I doubt it'll install it.

That's correct. It will still download, but will fail installing if your recovery is not stock.
You can go back to stock using either wugs toolkit, or this guide

Alright cool. And if i flash stock recovery via wugfresh toolkit I'll get ota but it will unroot me leaving me just unlocked?

You can be unlocked and get otas. Not sure if an app like ota root keeper would work to keep root. But since this is a nexus, I'm sure root will be available quickly, after the ota, if you want it. You might (not 100% sure) be able to have root and still get the update, as long as your recovery is stock. Might break the root though.

EDIT: As long as the recovery is stock, not CWM or TWRP, you can be rooted and the update will install. But it WILL break root. You will still be unlocked though. And getting root back is easy, since this is a nexus.

Everything went great going back to stock. Thank you. My question is my CLN came with IMM76Q. I used Wugs kit to go back to IMM76k since there was no option to flash 76Q version. Ill still get OTA for JB when it is official, right?

Has there been an announcement regarding the timeline for this OTA? Probably a dumb question considering the way Verizon does business. I am thinking about doing the same thing, going to stock and waiting on the OTA. I am very impressed with stock JB on my Nexus 7 and can't wait to have project butter on my GNex.
