Recent button choppy animation

Has anyone experienced choppy animation when scrolling brought the recent apps? It's not slow it just jumps instead of smooth scrolling.

Any settings I can change?

Well it's no so much choppy as it is that it jumps from one window to the other

It's not choppy, its intentional in latest samsung experience. I like it.
