Recent updates for the note 4

I just did an update for the note 4 I assuming it would be like 5.02 update or something turns out it wasn't the update was 150mb anybody know what the actual update was for?

It could also be a patch pushed to fix the "horrible" Samsung keyboard non-issue. Though I haven't heard it is actually being distributed in the US yet.
