Reception bars

Anyone else's bars showing way more signal than they should. I have 3 bars of 3g service but -109dbm

Mine shows zero to one bar quite often, yet I can make/receive calls. My BB shows a lot more bars all the time and in the same spots as the Bionic that shows zero/one. without moving the Bionic it will sometimes jump to 3-4 bars. It seems schizophrenic.

I find that my bars are reading about 2 less than a droid x.

Update: I'm now seeing that it is showing the same or 1 bar more then the Droid x in 3g. But if it goes to 4g it drops way down to a couple less then the X.

I never pay much attention to bars but I will say the bars on the Motorola Droids are confusing - I never know if it is showing Voice or 3G or what.

I would love a widget that showed --- CDMA (dBM) --- EVDO (dBM)(on - off) --- LTE (dBM)(on - off)
