Reception is worse

Ok know that comparing phones ids not a good subject matter, but after using the M8 for month or two, during my wife's chemo visits, I find the S5 doesn't get and reception in the hospital, and for some reason won't connect to the hospital Wi-Fi. It connects at home and other places, but not at Loyola hospital. Oh well, I love both phone, but the advantages of the S5 is when I leave, both phones would be almost dead, but in the S5, I just pop in a fresh battery and ready to zoom again.
