Reception Issues

For some reason while I'm at work I'm getting little to no reception with my Thunderbolt. I had no issues with AT&T and my work Verizon blackberry gets full 3g service right next to the Thunderbolt.

I'm supposed to be in "extended" 4g coverage.

Is this a normal issue with HTC phones?

I work in a 4G coverage area and live in a 4G "Extended" coverage area simply because I'm in a bit of a valley, but I have no issues with connection at either place.

The only difference I notice is speed. At work a speedtest gives me around 30 Mbps down while at home I'm only getting around 5 to 7 Mbps down.
