Reception on the Incredible

Im having the same issue although its only in my new work area. I only get 1x coverage...

I wonder if there is anyway to boost it like with an external antenna?

Could someone explain dBm and how to know which numbers are good signal and which are bad.

dBm is a measurement of signal strength. 0 is perfect and the units are negative numbers so less is more. In other words a -65dBm is better then a -90 dBm.

My reception is on par with other phones I've had over the years. I'm in both strong and weak areas throughout the week and I have not noticed any significant difference.

i have had dinc since july it seems the longer i have it the better reception i am on stock radio
