Has anyone had problems with the reception on their Galaxy note 2? I get hardly no bars ANYWHERE and people say they can't hear me half the time cause I'm breaking up. Ugh... so frustrated.

No issues here. Speed isn't great but every where else it is for me. Where I live no company gets me great speed, even Verizon

No issues except in bad coverage area

No issues on both cellular and data. Sometimes I have no bars but call quality is still good. No break ups or dropped calls so far.

Great reception and speed. Live in a very fast area. (Suburb of Boston). Getting 17mb down and 5mb up. Fast than my Verizon LTE .

I was having those kind of issues on my S3. On the Note 2 I am getting 3 bars where S3 used to give me none! IMO reception on the GN2 is way better than S3.

After using it for a couple of weeks, I can say I am not happy with the call drops on T-Mobile. Simple Mobile is in the same boat.

Straight Talk is great on calls but very low data speed (8kbps)

I just need the right apn settings for ST on AT&T

That may be an issue with how speed tester test. If u watch a big download it will stall for a lil then fly

I get 4mb file downloaded in about 25 seconds.

I'm in a good coverage area (Cleveland 'burbs) so I'm getting nearly full bars and 14-21mbits download speeds and so far no issues with call quality. I'm in a poor coverage area with Verizon, so having jumped from VZW to TMo is so far a positive thing for me. Hope you get your issues sorted out.

When in doubt find someone else with a TMO phone and compare the two side by side.
If thiers is close then its network, if theirs is way better its your device. Its a simple test but usually pretty spot on.
