reception

I recently upgraded to this Maxx 2. Both my wife and I have the same phone. Within the first week, the reception on hearing with the phone is horrible. Put a call on speaker and it works great. Also noticed using Bluetooth it also does well. Only time does it give problems is using the phone to communicate. We both replaced the phones and the problem still continues. Does anyone else have this problem?

Also I am trying to mirror to a LED Samsung Smart TV 60 model UN60JS7000FXZASKU. Do not want to connect to wifi.
