Recommend an Uninstaller

Have tried this on a SG3, SG4 and Samsung Galaxy Note 10 (2014 Edition)

Just curious--why would a person need an app like this? Does it do anything beyond what you can do in the Settings>Apps menu, where you can select an app and select Uninstall? Or the Google Play Store, where you can select any of your installed apps and tap Uninstall?
