Looking to exchange my new SGS3 to T-Mobile with something equal I guess from Motorola. I'm one of the thousands whose PC wont recognize the phone and hours spent Googling and with Samsung's tech support produced no results. Samsung's advanced tech support states I've done all the troubleshooting available.

So with that said which TMO offering should I replace with?

Do you have the Samsung Drivers installed on your PC?

I would say the HTC One X but I think thats AT&T only...You could try the Razr, but the GS3 is more powerful than that

Yeah I deleted all unused USB drivers in Windows Device Manager and installed the newest drivers at Samsung support. At this point I don't even want to use KIES (actually I never did). Just want to plug in and use the phone as a mass storage device like I did with my SGS2, where the PC sees it as another drive. Dragging and dropping pics and music is so easy.

TMO offers the HTC One S. I guess that's the only comparable phone available. Will have to research to see if it has any such issues.

Note 2? I don't think of the One S to be an equivalent

Yeah I NEVER used Kies...I use it as a mass storage...Try installing kies and the driviers from the Samsun Website

Also, you should not have deleted the unused USB drivers from the Device Manager...that could be why its not reading...I'd suggest putting them back on
