Recommendation for a good car mount?

I'm looking for a nice car mount that's sturdy and won't move around. Any recommendation for one that won't cover the usb port and is sturdy? Most of the gooseneck types seem kind of flimsy to me.

I use this one. The USB port is not covered but sometimes it pushes the camera button, you have to pay attention when you dock the phone.

Did you find the thick arms obtrusive? Seem like they would block viewing. A clamping type would be preferred. Car dock would be awesome

I use mine on the dash, not on the windshield. That way the arm is right behind the phone, you don't even see it. When I get home, and if I don't forget, I will take a picture of how's mine set up.

I use this one, and I've used other docks in this car, and this one is mediocre. It comes detached from the window, but that could actually be because it takes a little bit of an effort to put the phone in there and clamp it shut so that it doesn't slide down (I removed the bottom supports so that I could slide the phone down a bit to access the charging port).

I'd like something that works better. So...I'm still searching.

It seem like they are all pretty similar. I'm just not sure that goosenecks are strong enough. I sometimes take my vehicle off road and I wouldn't want it to bounce around like a bobble head doll.

The pictures quality is not great, but you can see that it has access to USB without removing the bottom support. And the arm is hidden nice behind the phone.
BTW, that's my wife's phone, I don't like pink
