Recommendations on which flagship to get??

[AC Question]

Hey guys newbie here. Looking to upgrade my phone and ive done a tiny bit of research into narrowing it down, if ya'll can help me decide.

My goals
-smaller the better, dont like phablets
-pref 3-4gb RAM

Willing to spend, if value is there.

Coming from a nexus 4.

From my research on some models

S7/ Edge
pros-overall solid
cons-most expensive of the bunch, maybe better value in other models?

LG G5
pros-cool switchable battery feature, cheaper end
cons-for some reason alot of online reviews just called it 'meh', despite me not seeing too much tangible negatives. weird app drawer software(apparently had a fix update)

HTC 10
pros-overall solid
cons-a bit tricky to obtain, only one carrier in Canada carries it

other notables ruled out
Nexus 6P/Oneplus 3-both really good value but phablet size is dealbreaker for me atm. possibly may reconsider

Any feedback to help narrow it down or are they all sorta equal, can't go wrong kinda thing.

From the list you suggested, I would recommend you to go for Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge, but the latter has a 5.5 inch display.
Both these phones are the best in terms of all the features that you would expect on a smartphone of 2016. Touchwiz has been improved a lot over the years & it runs fluidly on S7 / S7 Edge (though some people may deter you blindly from buying a Samsung device because of their Touchwiz experience of pre-2014 Samsung devices. Fortunately, this is not the case now (post 2014) & you will not at all hate Touchwiz).
The S7 Edge may be expensive among these three, but it is worth every penny - best display, best camera, best battery, water & dust resistant (IP68 certified), & also the best looking premium design of the phone
