Recommended Accessory: 90 Degree Micro HDMI

After my scare with my failed HDMI cable, I was convinced I was putting too much pressure on my sensitive Micro HDMI port.
If you noticed, it's especially important right now because when you plugin, your screen locks forcing you ( without many good stands yet ) to possibly rest your Xoom on the cable, or place the tablet in an awkward and not-optimal resting position.

So, I picked up this $8 accessory from Amazon. It's made for other devices but fits snuggly and works well. It also allows you to NOT buy a Micro - full HDMI Cable. Formally, it is called: "HTC EVO Micro Hdmi Male to Hdmi Female Adapter 90 Degree"
Just laying it out for you to play it out It's important for me until my case/stand comes in.

Worth $8 or until you get an amazing stand that doesn't hammer your HDMI port.

I have the same one. I just wish it pointed out towards the back rather than the front.

Yeah, it does point front, back does seem to be a smarter direction.
But..

it's still better than having that little tiny(Micro ) cable getting jammed down and bent around the bottom. And, that $8 price tag makes it worth it.
