Recover photos from locked LG Titan with smashed screen

Hey everyone, basically wife dropped phone, smashed it to bits. Miraclulously I can still put it into download mode. Is there anyway I can get photos off it if I connect it to my pc? Debugging isn’t enabled, which is proving to be a sticking point with most methods I’ve found.

Welcome to Android Central! Download Mode is only to transfer a firmware file to the phone from a PC. The only way you can access the files on the phone would be to power it on and unlock the screen successfully, then connect it to a PC via USB. Was your wife taking advantage of Google Photos auto-backup, by any chance?
