Recovery Boot Loop

I did a factory reset from the phones 'privacy' menu because my phone was running out of memory and i figured it was from all the google app updates and bloatware updates (i rooted my phone and took off the bloatware, had no effect) and before i did that i unrooted my phone. Now i'm stuck in a bootloop that automaticly sends me to the recovery menu when i boot up my phone. Do i have to flash a new rom or am i just stuck with a $130 paperweight.

When i try to install it after making it a zip file and putting it on my phone i get this

Installation aborted.

Can you help? or am i screwed.

I can most definitely try to help. I'm definitely no Guide, though.
I don't think you're screwed. This phone is pretty hard to break.
Back to the situation!
What exactly did you do to get to where are you are now with this installation being aborted?

First read the stickies in the forum about this problem, and read about adb (you well need this program). First is your recovery a custom recovery.

I'm not sure what recovery i am using and i'm not using adb. I'm putting it on the sd card and installing it through the recovery.

What exactly did you do to get to where are you are now with this installation being aborted?

When i downloaded it i un-rared it and then put it in a zip folder to put on my sd card. The reason i zipped it is because when i would just put the iso on my phones sd card (the file it is extracted as) it wouldn't see it. I even tried to put the rar file on my sd card.
