Recovery Deleted System Apps

Rooted Note 2, i605, 4.3.

I deleted some system apps. Now my gallery doesn't show any photos or videos. Not of my text apps can bring up the gallery. My contacts or phone apps don't open. Calender doesn't work either. Also, there's a few other little funny error messages.

I deleted a bunch of stuff. I can't even remember all of them.

Is there any way to find out what's missing and recover what's lost?

The only way I know to restore system apps is to Flash the ROM again. Just take a Titanium Backup and Flash the ROM, it should solve your issue.
