Long story short is this: I have a HTC EVO 4G LTE. I have a custom recovery on it that goes by the name of TWRP 2.1. I attempted to flash a custom rom (ViperRom) and it did not work. So I rebooted into the custom recovery (TWRP) and restored my system.
Now...the speaker on my phone is broke and I need to take it in to be repaired. So I unrooted the device and attempted to run the appropriate RUU and it failed (I surmise it was something to do with the custom recovery being installed) and so now my question is this...
Is there anyway to restore the stock Recovery and to get rid of TWRP? I'm willing to re-root it if it comes to that, but I really need to get the stock recovery back. Thanks!
