TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OPEN TO ALL LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF
COLUMBIA, PUERTO RICO, AND THE US VIRGIN ISLANDS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE
OR OLDER.
VOID IN THE UNITED STATES TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS OTHER THAN
PR/USVI, AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
VALID ONLY WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The Samsung Galaxy Offer August 2016 (the “Offer”) is open to legal residents
of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands
who are at least 18 years old and make a Qualifying Purchase (defined below in Section 3.A).
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and the independent third party agency
responsible for the administration of the Offer (“Administrator”) and the parent companies,
subsidiaries and affiliated entities of Sponsor and Administrator, and the immediate family
members and those living in the same household as those individuals, are not eligible to
participate in the Offer. Void elsewhere and where prohibited or restricted by law. Individuals
who meet these eligibility requirements are collectively referred to herein as “Participants.”
Administrator reserves the right to request Participants to provide verification of identity.
Participation constitutes a Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and
Conditions and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all
matters related to the Offer.
2. THE PURCHASE PERIOD AND REDEMPTION PERIOD: The “Purchase Period” begins on
August 3, 2016 and ends on August 28, 2016 or while supplies last, whichever occurs first. A
valid “Offer Claim Form” must be submitted (as set forth in Section 3) between August 3, 2016
at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and September 18, 2016 at 11:59:59 PM ET, or while
supplies last, whichever occurs first (“Redemption Period”). See below for instructions on how
to receive and redeem the Offer.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE AND RECEIVE A GIFT: A Participant must:
A. During the Purchase Period, purchase a Samsung Galaxy Note7 or Galaxy S7 edge, on
a device installment plan, 2-year contract plan, lease or outright purchase at full retail price
(“Qualifying Purchase”). Customers purchasing from Best Buy retail locations
(including online) will be subject to terms and conditions outlined by the respective
retailer for point of sale redemption and are therefore not eligible for redemption on
the Website or App (as defined below). Qualifying Purchase cannot be used to
participate in more than one (1) Samsung offer, rebate or promotion; and
B. During the Redemption Period, submit a valid Offer Claim Form using one (1) of the
following two (2) methods:
i. Online: Visit
https://promos.samsungpromotions.com/GalaxyOffer (“Website”) and
complete all of the following steps:
1. Enter the requested information on the official Offer Claim Form, which includes,
but is not limited to: Participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address

(no P.O. Boxes), valid e-mail address, a contact mobile telephone number, and
confirmation that he/she is at least 18 years of age. Participants will not be allowed
to change their mailing address or e-mail address. Note: Participants full name on
the official Offer Claim Form must match the name on the valid original Qualifying
Purchase receipt submitted.
2. Enter the date of the Qualifying Purchase.
3. Enter the IMEI number of the Qualifying Purchase.
4. Enter the Wi-Fi MAC address of the Qualifying Purchase.
5. Submit his/her original register receipt on the Website documenting the Qualifying
Purchase by following the on-screen prompts to upload a photograph or .PDF of
the original register receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase. It is recommended
that Participant first print his/her complete name on the original register receipt,
sign and date the receipt, and circle the Qualifying Purchase on the receipt before
uploading the receipt. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, .GIF, or .PDF format and
may not exceed 5 MB.
6. Online Offer Claim Forms and receipt must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET
on September 18, 2016 to be valid.
ii. Samsung Pay App: Download the Samsung Pay App (the “App”) on a select Samsung
device (if not already loaded onto the device), and complete the following steps:
1. Log in to the Samsung Pay App with the Participant’s Samsung Account
username and password and accepting the terms and privacy policy.
2. Click on “More” → “Promotions” → Register for Galaxy Offer.
3. Click “Register Now.”
4. Complete the registration information, which includes, but is not limited to:
Participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes),
valid e-mail address, a contact mobile telephone number, and confirmation that
he/she is at least 18 years of age. Participants will not be allowed to change their
mailing address or e-mail address. Note: Participant’s full name on the official
Offer Claim Form must match the name on the valid original Qualifying Purchase
receipt submitted. Participants will not be allowed to change their contact
information after submitting Offer Claim Form.
5. Capture a photograph of the valid Qualifying Purchase receipt by following the
on-screen prompts. It is recommended that Participant first print his/her complete
name on the original register receipt, sign and date the receipt, and circle the
Qualifying Purchase on the receipt before uploading the receipt.
6. Click “submit”. Upon clicking submit you will have agreed to the Samsung Galaxy
Offer. Terms and Conditions and Samsung’s Privacy Policy.
iii. Participants who make a Qualifying Purchase on Samsung.com will be able to select
their Gift (defined below in Section 4) at the time of purchase and will receive their Gift
along with their Qualifying Purchase and will not need to submit an Offer Claim Form.
All of the Gift details outlined below are still applicable. If a participant opts out of
receiving their Gift at the time they make a Qualifying Purchase on Samsung.com,
then they will not be able to obtain a gift or submit a claim for this promotion at
samsungpromotions.com at a later date.
Regardless of how an Offer Claim Form is submitted, Offer Claim Forms and receipt
must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on September 18, 2016 to be valid.

If more than one (1) Qualifying Purchase is included on an individual receipt, a Participant
