Question Buds 4 pro

Lots of talk on the s26u and haven't seen anything on the buds 4 pro.
I received my buds 4 pro last night and had little time to really try them out. I like the case layout better than last years case. I experienced one earbud or the other not charge. And that was real annoying. I cleaned the charging tips the buds stem where it charges, kept the case upright. It was always a guess if it charged. So this years case has them laying down and my hope is they always charge. Anyone have anything to add?

I've had the same issues with my Buds 3 Pro charging. It's usually the right bud that randomly decides if it wants to charge or not. I've gone back to using my OnePlus Buds 3. It's annoying. I'll likely keep the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro for use around the house and as my backup pair should my OnePlus Buds 3 stop working. I'm just glad I didn't pay full price for them as I bought them as an open box from Best Buy for $100.

I was about to clean the case and charging pins on the buds with a q tip, but I guess it won't really make a difference.
