Redmi Note6 Pro - Cannot receive incoming calls, can make outgoing calls fine.

Hi,

I have a Redmi Note 6 Pro phone on Mint Mobile. Starting about a month ago, my phone suddenly stopped receiving incoming calls. Any incoming calls, the phone will not ring and calls will go to my voicemail. Making outgoing calls works perfectly. Texting works perfectly however. Data and signal is good, 4G LTE data is fine and works perfectly. Wifi calling works perfectly. Just not able to receive incoming calls. And strangely, this only happens in the area I live in. Once I venture out a few miles of where I live, even if I go across town, the problem goes away and I can receive incoming calls fine. Once I return home or into my neighborhood, problem returns. This problem only started some time a month ago. I tried placing my sim card on several other phones. It has the same problem on two other older phones I tried. But the problem goes away on another phone which is a bit newer. I took my phone to my phone plan dealer and they were clueless at the problem.

Welcome to Android Central! Which carrier do you have? Are you relying primarily on wi-fi calling when you're at home, or the phone's own mobile signal?
