First off a big thanks to Cyanogen for these trees.
Cyanogen got CM running on T-mobile last night - I am currently having a Sprint version tested.
But for other variants that want a head start, this should help:
I9505 Common (CM10.1) - xda-developers

Much like the S3, there is a common device for Qualcomm S4s.
Should make the port much easier for other carriers.

This initial release still uses Samsung's OSRC kernel.
I am hoping in the future to replace that with a CAF base kernel and merge changes in as needed.
You can follow the status at jira.cyanogenmod.org.
Hope this information helps kick start CM development for the i9505 and its variants!
