Refresh rate

I have developer mode on my s22 ultra and I put the refresh rate at the top of the device. For the last few day all it ever does is go from 24hrz to 120hrz nothing in-between. Is this normal ?

24? I put the refresh rate up once just to see what the device was doing and all I noticed was 1 to 120 and nothing in-between. If I let the phone sit while reading or as if reading something the screen would go to 1, then any touch or swipe would pop it up to 120. I think all of my games, I might have only opened one because it has a fast moving object, was 120.

So is what you're seeing normal? IDK. I think it is all abnormal because this isn't something that is looked at regularly. You would likely have to look at and pay attention to the refresh rate a lot longer to know if it was normal and pull information from other sources get a better idea.
