Cant text or make a phone call until I Register on a network.Can't find a network.

So is this what you're seeing after inserting that new Verizon SIM you mentioned in another thread?

I saw your reply but temporarily unapproved it, because the screenshot you included had your name and phone number visible -- we'll see if someone can blot those out for your privacy.

I'd call Verizon and ask them if they have to do anything special to activate your phone -- ask them specifically if they have to "provision" it.

If you can't register on a network, you have 1 of 4 problems:

1. The phone is bad (or you put the SIM in wrong).

2. The SIM is bad.

3. There's no Verizon signal where you are.

4. Verizon set your account up wrong.

In any of those cases, if calling them doesn't gix it, bring it in to them.
