Registering S7 edge online

I want to register my new phone but unfortunately the site that I check has questions that when I write my details for the phone it does not accept. Please help as I have bought various Samsung products beginning with S2, S3, S4, S5, S6 and now S7. And also a camera. Why it is so difficult to register in online warranty. I WONDER. Ann

I bought a Note5 in New York and have tried to register on the website of samsung (US) .
I could not register , I could not find the phone model within the options listed .
When entering the IMEI or Serial number the web site returns a message that the number is wrong The validation of the product does not work on Chrome, but on Internet Explorer it works fine.

I think you can still submit a warranty claim without registering the device on the website. Please try giving them a call or email their support team.
