Regret pre-ordering on Samsung.com

Live chat is down and not really getting updates on the order, probably due to the thousands of pre-orders. Has anyone pre-ordered directly from Samsung before? How was the process?

I tried the live chat last Wed and the person on it said I had to call the 800 number. I called and they picked up right away. Said Monday orders would ship out and that a hold was on my charge card. So that means on Wed we should get out phones or Thur depending on what time they ship out. People are saying you can't cancel anymore so that means the shipping labels are ready to be printed and ship out soon hopefully late tonight maybe.
