Regular Mate 10 ALP-L29 VOLTE?

I wanted to know if anyone with the regular Mate 10 ALP-L29 Has it on either AT&T or Cricket and has HD Voice aka VOLTE working?

This has been be enabled by the carrier if am not mistaken and to do that the phone has to be certified by them

That is correct, but some phones are able to get past this somehow.

That is why I ask.
