Thinking about picking up a regular Note 20 today...

I understand the difference in specs, who has one and is actually enjoying it?

Definitely on board with the flat screen and the back not being so fragile either

I think it will be a great device, just not for the price Samsung is asking.

In isolation its a good device.
Obviously not at £900 cash but if you can get a deal etc then it's worth it. Although our trade ins etc are no where near the value of in the States as usual. They really have no idea how easy they have it.

I don't have one, but if it had the same internals as the ultra I would consider it.
I still don't understand why the devices are different as well as size. Oh, and would love a flat screen on my N20U.

I returned my OnePlus 8 and traded my note 10 plus for the note 20. Tmobile gave me 700 for the 10 so it was a no brainer. I didn't want a bigger device like the plus and the OnePlus 8 and note 20 worked for me. So far great device and the specs are good enough for me. I will admit the OnePlus 8 was much snipper but had screen freezing issues which were noted in its reviews.

The screen size and resolution are lower, 4 less gigs of RAM (although 8 is plenty), no 120 hz refresh rate, less capability with the camera although I'm not too enthusiastic about the reports of rattling on the Ultras...

What am I missing here....??

Some don't need the best my 20 is fine for me especially the size coming from the 10plus it's still a very nice device.

I'm definitely not trying to dump on it.. Just wanted to know what some people had to say

I do want one for sure!

No matter what phone you get within hours a better one is released. I kept my iPhone 11 and the note 20 getting rid of the note 10 plus. I keep both platforms plus a blackberry device.

If your trading in something for it to get a price around $400, it may be worth it. I traded in my note 9.

I don't game or watch movies on my phones, so a top spec screen doesn't matter to me. My Note 9 and 10+, were never on the highest setting. Always 2XXX x 1080. A million times zoom also doesn't matter to me. It'll just turn out grainy anyways.
I talk and text on my phone a lot. So I need great battery life, loud speakers, and reception. I listen to a ton of podcasts throughout the day.

Last note, not having to worry about a glass back is a major +
