Regular Tab 3 to Tab Kids?

Hi,
I have a regular Galaxy Tab 3 7.0. I want to give it to my 4 y/o daughter. Is there any solution out that allows us to flash or install the elements of the Tab Kids that they just released to a regular Tab 3, like the launcher and locks? I know there's third party options available, but I was hoping for the OEM Samsung setup.

Xda gr8nole has it working only for tab 3 sm-t210 and sm-t210R
