Reinstalling a previous OS onto a galaxy tab a 6

I need to reinstale proper OS on my tablet without using a computer .My Samsung Galaxy tab 6 A wont turn wifi on so it wont work for anything online. I believe it was an unsuccessful attempt to upgrade to an os thatbthentablet doesnt support. How do i re instal the os that is compatible with this device and make it work properly again? And can i do it with an sd card download feom another device like my tab a 8 or my note 9 without a computer

Unless you were trying to load the OS through a computer ("Flashing a ROM" as we call it) that's highly unlikely. Along the same line - there isn't a way to flash a device without using a computer, the tools don't exist to allow for flashing from another mobile device.
