Reject a Call from Lock Screen

Can anyone Reject a new phone call from Your -- Note 10 --Lock Screen & HOW if Yes?; The Green and Red Buttons do not work and the finger-print symbol does Not appear so I can't Unlock the screen and See the Red Reject Btn.
So the Vol Up btn Answers and I then hit the Red End call..
Surely this is Not the norm......

The usual Finger-print icon (to UN-Lock desktop) Does Not Appear when the Green-Red Buttons are present & phone is Ringing & When I use the On-Off Side Button to get Into the phone it cuts-off the call. I find NO WAY to Unlock the Phone and have the Red Reject Button visible (AT&T Note 10 if that matters)...To recap, the Green-Red buttons Don't Work when the Phone starts Ringing and any attempt to Un-lock the desktop Kills the call and the Buttons Disappear.

Yes, use the lateral button to reject or finish calls, you can activate it in the Accessibility menu.

What about when no phone calls can you get into the phone ?

No Phone Call & I Always see the Finger-Print icon to Unlock the screen every time; It's the absence of anything(F-Print or Code) to Unlock it DURING an "Incoming Call Ringing" that keeps me from rejecting it with Red Button. I've looked many times at Settings and can't see anything else to do.
Answer with Vol Up Btn and Then Cancel Call is Not my 1st choice but I'll live with it since a Solution doesn't seem easy.
