There is no information on the release of the Note 5. It'll possibly be in the Fall as with the previous Note devices. Once a date is announced you can bet on it being covered here: Android Central | Android Forums, News, Reviews, Help and Android WallpapersDoes anyone know when the note5 will come out? Any rumoured dates or a time period? I personally hope it comes out around Sept

Are you considering it as your next device?
I just read on MSN News that Samsung is expected to release the Note 5 this year as early as July. The reason is that they want to beat Apple when they release the next iPhone.
Could have over 700 ppi and have the same chipset as the S6. And because they are so obsessed with thin these days, it's expected to be thinner than the Note 4 BUT have a 4,100 mAh battery.

That would be nice, but I won't hold my breath. My main concerns are for a replaceable battery and micro SD option.

If true, I'll either keep my Note 4 a little longer or switch to the LG G4.not gonna happen... according to Korean mobile tech websites,
the Note 5 and future Samsung "flagship" devices will not have
MicroSD cards and removable batteries. Samsung was on the
fence on this issue, but the success of the new Galaxy S6 and
S6 edge helped them make up their mind.(if anyone is to
share the blame, it's the current Samsung customers who gave
in and voted with their credit cards... Samsung is just responding
to the lack of interest from people who had Samsung phones
before)
Wait tell the lg g4 "note" to come out.
