I just loaded voodoo. Took 5 minutes for my phone to finish. I really could not imagine the phone being faster but it is very nice. Everything is quicker. I loaded the 1ghz kernel with the droid animation. I might ended up switchin it back. I hated the verizon animation but the galaxy s was nice. The droid peeing with the verizon sound is just ok

I installed voodoo on my phone with no problem. Love it! So I decided to install on my wifes phone. I've tried it 3 times and it always hangs on "installing update.." . I know it can take awhile but even the status bar on the bottom wasn't moving. I waited about 15 min each time I tried and still nothing. Anyone willing to help??

basically you need to uninstall voodoo, and then reset the mbr before you can reinstall it.

Dump question as I am trying to load this on my Fascinate. One must be rooted to do this? ROM Manager will not work unless rooted so I am at a stand still.

yes, you need to be rooted afaik
