Released or Rolled out?

Has everyone received their dp5 update or is it being rolled out over a few days? Just wondering because I haven't received anything. I'm still on dp4.

The update did not automatically pop up, but when I manually checked it at 14:35 eastern time, it popped up. It is a 318 meg file.
