More Newbie questions...

I want to use a Mechanical Keyboard with my Chromebook, and I know there are none.
I know Windows and Chrome keyboards are different.
Can you Remap a Windows Keyboard to use with Chrome?

Also... as a writer, I LOVE my Delete Button. Highlight a chunk of text and just hit delete.
If I understand correctly, you can't do that on a Chrome Keyboard? If not, is it possible to reassign a Chrome Keyboard Key to make it Delete?

UPDATE: so, I found a thing said you CAN reassign the Search, Control and Alt keys.... QUESTION.... Can I reassign JUST the RIGHT SIDE Alt or Control key, or will it assign BOTH left and right?

Thank you !

You don't need to any reassigning. Press the search key and the backspace key together and that will delete text at the cursor point. I use this keyboard shortcut all the time. But I usually just delete a few letters or words at a time. I don't know about deleting blocks of text. But if you can highlight a block of text, I don't know why deleting that same block of text with the shortcut wouldn't work. Also, there is a whole list of other keyboard shortcuts for chromebooks that you can probably get by googling "chromebook keyboard shortcuts". Hope this helps!
