I for one am keeping mine, but for those of you out there on the fence about the prospect of a long-term relationship with your Galaxy Nexus, just a friendly reminder that your window of opportunity to return the device ends in a few days. Time to do some soul searching!

Seems like they would have pushed an update by now (outside of the release update) to appease people who are on the fence about returning the thing.

Well, I've used the phone a lot and can't see any reason to return it. There's no other phone w/ICS now, and I find using this is a pleasure. I have experienced a few instances where the data dropped out for no reason or when the signal was transitioning from one band to another. I hope that's fixed, but I think it happens with other 4g phones.

You are correct.... this happens with other 4g phones. There is generally a slight delay when one radio is disconnected (ie no signal) and the other picks up. I find this makes it hard to use 4g in areas where you are moving (a car, streaming Rdio), and 4g signal is in/out.

But it's hardly a bother.... signals all around have been great!!

It isn't being reported on any of the other 4G phones and not all GNex's do it, so it looks like a problem with specific devices. Hence the reason for some of us to return it.

Mine got boxed up last night & I'm dropping it off at FedEx today.

I had a full day yesterday of no data. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. I've had problems in 3G only areas, places with 4G coverage etc.

Maybe I'll try again in a few months - but I rely on my phone too much for it to be so lousy.

I'm really glad that they released this phone during the holiday season so we could take advantage of the extended return period to test the GNex.
I think I'll be keeping mine, no major issues for me, so I hope it'll only continue to get better...

I'm not returning mine but I'm still on the fence about staying with Verizon or switching to T-mobile and using my GSM model.

I've been getting reboots whenever I play music with PowerAMP. Maybe it's the app causing it but I'm not sure yet. So I decided to exchange the divice for another GN and hopefully this issue goes away.

That interesting because I had Poweramp installed and have removed it. I've noticed that my phone hasn't rebooted on it's own in quite awhile. I wonder if that was the cause of it.

I like Poweramp but it's too buggy with ICS and loads the music strangely. It doen't seem to enhance the music player as much like it does with Honeycomb on my Xoom.

I love this app. PowerAMP plus the Equalizer app make a great combo for music IMO! Gotta love the bass and treble :). But like I said, I plug in my headphones and listen to some music for about an hour and my GN reboots :'(
