Reminder When Called

Hey guys. I have the S9+ and use Ok Google, but not Bixby. I was trying to set a reminder to remember to tell someone something when they called me, but can't seem to do it via Ok Google. How can I do this on my S9+? What am I doing wrong or missing? Thanks so much!
