Remote only turns alarm up and down

I have a t95m box i turned the volume all the way down with the remote now it only will turn the alarm volume up and down now the volume is stuck at no sound please help

The volume control works on what's currently happening. If you're watching something, you should be able to turn the normal volume up and down. (And depending on the version of Android it's running, there could be a "4 volume control" panel in Settings > Sound.)
