remotely access my hard drive via Internet

I currently use FTP to access my hard drive over Internet. I'm not talking about wifi. I want to be able to view, edit, create, delete my hard drive contents in its entirety. Is there such an app available?

I don't want to remotely view. I just want an interface to access the hard drive. I have logmein and team viewer already

ES File Explorer allows you to connect via FTP. I do it quite often.

i am ftp'ing for the time being but i'm doing it via ftp and not sftp. can anyone point me to a guide to do sftp?
