I am looking to remove some of the preloaded apps. Has anyone done a "Forced Stop" and then "Unstall" the app? For example, World Clock.

Thanks in advance

I doubt Samsung has made a completely new from scratch ROM just for a watch...
So my ignorant guess would be that it's based on Android.
Can't you disable the application completely?
If that's not even possible, I'm starting to think that we don't really own these devices , they are just being leased to us for a period of time before they force us to buy a new shinny thing.

Other then hacking it , if they won't allow you to do much, then that's it...

After clicking the "Forced Stop", the "Uninstall" button is still grayed out.

I have not tried this yet, but sounds like maybe a factory installed app that can be not be removed then.

Even on Android you'd need to root the phone, then remount /system partition in read/write permissions from ADB (usb debugging on)

Code:
adb shell
su
mount -o rw,remount /system
only then you can really remove system apps.
The above is useful as well if you want to replace system apps with your favorites..
