Remove ATT WiFi hotspot?

I disabled auto connect to WiFi hotspot but it is still connecting. I also cannot removed the saved ATT ssid.

I don't believe I could, either.

I switched to a Custom ROM a while back so it's not something I can check right now, but if I remember correctly when I was using CleanROM (a debloated build off stock) it had the same thing and drove me crazy because my data would try to hop on it when I was walking around at lunch.

I actually don't mind if we could set it up as do not connect of it is less then 3 bars etc but it connects to weakest signals messing up my data.
