I purchased a HP Chromebook on Ebay and when I booted it up it appears as though it's managed by Amazon? Is there a way to remove the company and bring it back to factory settings? I tried doing the ctrl+alt+shift+r reset and I tried resetting by going into dev mode but it still shows Amazon when I boot it up.
